Luxury Travel UK operates as a professional passenger transport provider, offering minibus and coach hire services for corporate travel, private hire, events, tours, airport transfers, and group transport.
We operate multiple service- and location-specific websites. All enquiries and bookings are handled centrally under the same operational standards and policies.

Quoted prices are based on the journey details provided at the time of enquiry. Any changes to pickup locations, destinations, timings, passenger numbers, waiting time or route may result in a revised quotation and additional charges.
A booking is only confirmed once accepted by us and any required deposit or payment has been received.
A deposit or booking fee may be required to secure a booking. Bookings are only confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total booking value (minimum £150) may be required to secure a vehicle and confirm the booking. Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable as they secure vehicle allocation, driver scheduling and operational planning.
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date prior to travel. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit or booking fee.
Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to request full payment in advance for certain bookings including weddings, corporate events, festivals, race days, peak travel periods or large group movements.
Payment processing fees, card fees, international transaction fees and administration costs are non-refundable.
Customers agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks with their bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the matter. Chargebacks or disputes raised for services delivered in accordance with the confirmed booking and these Terms & Conditions may be contested.
Payment of any deposit, booking fee or invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Where cancellations occur after operational commitments have been made, Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to retain payments to cover administration costs, vehicle allocation, driver scheduling and third-party supplier commitments.
Any applicable refunds may be subject to administration and payment processing fees.
For race days, concerts, festivals, weddings and similar high-demand events, stricter payment and cancellation terms may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
By making payment for a booking, the customer confirms acceptance of the agreed service, quotation and these Terms & Conditions.
Customers agree to contact Luxury Travel UK directly to resolve any concerns before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or card provider.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after services have been provided, Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to recover the full booking amount together with any associated administrative or legal costs.
Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to challenge fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks using supporting documentation including booking confirmations, invoices, correspondence, driver logs, journey records and service completion evidence.
Where vehicles are required to wait on site, the customer is responsible for arranging suitable parking.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents or circumstances beyond our control.
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Drivers may only wait for a reasonable period unless waiting time has been pre-booked.
Where passengers fail to appear at the agreed pickup time and no contact is made, the journey may be treated as a no-show and the booking will be charged in full. Additional waiting time may be charged where delays are caused by the customer.
Alcohol, smoking and vaping are prohibited inside vehicles. Drivers may terminate journeys if behaviour presents a safety risk.
Luggage requirements must be disclosed at booking. We are not responsible for personal belongings unless caused by negligence.
The booking party is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers during the journey.
Any damage to the vehicle, fixtures, fittings or equipment caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.
Where excessive cleaning is required, including but not limited to spillages, food waste, sickness, or other contamination of the vehicle interior, a cleaning charge may apply.
Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to charge reasonable cleaning or repair costs necessary to return the vehicle to operational condition.
While every effort is made to provide the vehicle type quoted, Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or greater capacity where operationally necessary.

In certain circumstances, including peak demand or vehicle availability, services may be fulfilled by an approved third-party licensed operator.
Luxury Travel UK shall not be liable for mechanical faults, breakdowns, or operational delays arising directly from the subcontracted operator’s performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
