By making an enquiry, confirming a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Luxury Travel UK is the trading name of Luxury Travel Group UK Ltd (Company No. 17135280), a company registered in England and Wales.
Luxury Travel UK operates as a professional passenger transport provider, offering executive minibus hire, coach hire, corporate transport, private hire, airport transfers, event transport, tours and group travel services throughout the United Kingdom.
We operate multiple service- and location-specific websites. All enquiries, quotations and bookings are handled centrally under the same operational standards, policies and customer service procedures.

Where partner operators are used, we ensure they hold valid operator licences and appropriate insurance.
All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.

Quoted prices are based on the journey details provided at the time of enquiry. Any changes to pickup locations, destinations, timings, passenger numbers, waiting time or route may result in a revised quotation and additional charges.
A booking is only confirmed once accepted by us and any required deposit or payment has been received.
A deposit or booking fee may be required to secure a booking. Bookings are only confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total booking value (minimum £150) may be required to secure a vehicle and confirm the booking. Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable as they secure vehicle allocation, driver scheduling and operational planning.
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date prior to travel. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit or booking fee.
Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to request full payment in advance for certain bookings including weddings, corporate events, festivals, race days, peak travel periods or large group movements.
Payment processing fees, card fees, international transaction fees and administration costs are non-refundable.
Customers agree to contact Luxury Travel UK in the first instance to allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or card provider.
Where services have been delivered in accordance with the confirmed booking and these Terms & Conditions, Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to contest unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks and recover any associated administrative, legal or recovery costs where applicable.
Payment of any deposit, booking fee or invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Where cancellations occur after operational commitments have been made, Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to retain payments to cover administration costs, vehicle allocation, driver scheduling and third-party supplier commitments.
Any applicable refunds may be subject to administration and payment processing fees.
Any goodwill refunds, credits, partial reimbursements or compensation are entirely at the discretion of Luxury Travel UK unless otherwise required by law.
For race days, concerts, festivals, weddings and similar high-demand events, stricter payment, cancellation and booking terms may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Where vehicles are required to wait on site, the customer is responsible for arranging suitable parking.
Journey timings are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Luxury Travel UK shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, police activity, weather conditions, breakdowns, vehicle compliance withdrawals, third-party operator delays, force majeure events, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Drivers may only wait for a reasonable period unless waiting time has been pre-booked.
Where passengers fail to appear at the agreed pickup time and no contact is made, the journey may be treated as a no-show and the booking will be charged in full. Additional waiting time may be charged where delays are caused by the customer.
Alcohol, smoking and vaping are prohibited inside vehicles. Drivers may terminate journeys if behaviour presents a safety risk.
Luggage requirements must be disclosed at booking. We are not responsible for personal belongings unless caused by negligence.
The booking party is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers during the journey.
Any damage to the vehicle, fixtures, fittings or equipment caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.
Where excessive cleaning is required, including but not limited to spillages, food waste, sickness, or other contamination of the vehicle interior, a cleaning charge may apply.
Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to charge reasonable cleaning or repair costs necessary to return the vehicle to operational condition.
Whilst every effort is made to provide the quoted or requested vehicle type, Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or greater passenger capacity where operationally necessary.
Vehicle make, model, branding, trim level, interior specification or appearance may vary from images, descriptions or examples shown.
Substitution may occur due to:
In certain circumstances, including peak demand, fleet allocation, specialist vehicle requirements or operational necessity, services may be fulfilled by approved third-party licensed operators acting on our behalf.
All subcontracted operators are expected to hold appropriate operator licences, insurance and legal compliance documentation.
Where subcontracted operators are used, Luxury Travel UK remains the contracting party for the booking; however, customers acknowledge that certain operational matters including mechanical faults, vehicle substitutions, traffic delays, breakdowns, driver scheduling decisions or compliance-related service changes may arise outside our direct control.
Any issue relating to vehicle type, driver conduct, delays, service quality or operational delivery must be reported to Luxury Travel UK immediately at the time of service to allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where possible, rectify the issue.
Completion of the booked journey or service without a live complaint being raised may be treated as acceptance that the service has substantially been delivered.
Complaints raised only after completion of the journey or service may limit available remedies.
Any formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
Luxury Travel UK shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, business interruption, missed event, reputational or economic losses.
We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites linked from our site.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
